Friends of mine at Melody Point on Grand Lake

Some friends of mine have been leasing a demo home at Melody Point, a luxury and gated community on the outskirts of Grove.

They told me this past weekend, they have purchased some property there and will start building there own home before long.

Both of them are pretty excited about this community. It's located on the Honey Creek arm of Grand Lake, about 3 miles from the center of town. Some of the amenities include: man-made ponds, cascading waterfalls, boat docks, boat slips, a heated swimming pool, spa (hot tub), cabana, and an entertaining area on the docks.

The husband said what excited him the most was the Melody Point Association handles all landscaping and provides totally maintained lawns and pool area. I guess that means no more spending Saturday mowing and maintaining the lawn.
